AlmostThere

Goal → months → weeks → today

You're almost there.
Every single day.

Tell us your goal and your deadline. AI breaks it down into monthly milestones, weekly targets and a daily checklist you can actually tick off — with rest and reflection built into the plan.

The demo needs no account. See how your goal breaks down in under a minute.

For freelancers, founders, networkers, students — and anyone who wants a life with something to show for it.

One goal. Three levels. Today's list.

The whole product lives or dies on the quality of this breakdown, so that's where we put the work.

  1. 01

You set the goal and the date

"Reach A2 in German by the end of the year." That's enough. Add your rest and reflection preferences and we take it from there.

  2. 02

    AI builds the skeleton

Monthly milestones first — what has to be done by the end of each month for the deadline to hold. Then each month splits into weekly targets.

  3. 03

    You get today's checklist

Concrete tasks for today, sized to the time you actually have. Rest days and reflection blocks are items on the list, not gaps between them.

01

What a breakdown looks like

Goal: reach A2 in German. Deadline: six months. One rest day a week, ten minutes of reflection daily.

Core vocabulary (greetings, numbers, days), pronunciation of the alphabet, the 100 most common words

  2. Month 2

Present tense of regular and irregular verbs, simple sentences about yourself

  3. Month 3

Everyday vocabulary (shops, restaurants, travel), asking questions

  4. Month 4

Past tense (Perfekt), longer conversations, listening to simple texts

  5. Month 5

Vocabulary expanded to A2 level, reading simple texts

  6. Month 6

Practice and prep for the exam or real conversation, full A2 recap

02

What makes it different

Not another task list. A planner that actually gets you there.

1

Top-down breakdown that holds up

Goal → months → weeks → days. Every level is derived from the one above it, so the daily task you tick off today provably moves the deadline closer.

2

Several goals, one honest day

Your day is a fixed budget shared by every goal you're chasing. AlmostThere schedules across all of them at once, so two goals never quietly demand the same evening.

3

Rest is part of the plan

Say you want one task-free day a week, or ten minutes of reflection daily — and the AI plans around it. Rest shows up as a checklist item, because a plan that ignores recovery is a plan you'll drop.

4

The pace adapts to you

We track how much you actually complete. Falling behind for a couple of weeks? You'll get the choice: slow the plan down and move the date, or catch up and carry on unchanged. Nothing is ever rescheduled behind your back.

5

Milestones you look forward to

Attach your own reward to each milestone — or let the AI suggest a few, sized to what you just pulled off. Something small for a weekly milestone; for the finish line, something you'll remember.

03

One plan. No tiers, no upsells.

Everyone uses this for the same thing, so there's nothing to upgrade to.

About AI usage limits

There's a monthly cap on AI usage per account. It exists to stop abuse — a script hammering the AI to burn through our costs — not to ration normal use. No realistic use case, even with several goals running at once, comes close to it. The cap and its purpose are spelled out in the terms of service.

Your goal already has a deadline.
It just doesn't have a plan yet. That part takes about a minute.
