Goal → months → weeks → today

You're almost there.
Every single day.

Tell us your goal and your deadline. AI breaks it down into monthly milestones, weekly targets and a daily checklist you can actually tick off — with rest and reflection built into the plan.

The demo needs no account. See how your goal breaks down in under a minute.

For freelancers, founders, networkers, students — and anyone who wants a life with something to show for it.

One goal. Three levels. Today's list.

The whole product lives or dies on the quality of this breakdown, so that's where we put the work.

  1. 01

You set the goal and the date

"Reach A2 in German by the end of the year." That's enough. Add your rest and reflection preferences and we take it from there.

  2. 02

    AI builds the skeleton

Monthly milestones first — what has to be done by the end of each month for the deadline to hold. Then each month splits into weekly targets.

  3. 03

    You get today's checklist

Concrete tasks for today, sized to the time you actually have. Rest days and reflection blocks are items on the list, not gaps between them.

01

What a breakdown looks like

Goal: reach A2 in German. Deadline: six months. One rest day a week, ten minutes of reflection daily.

  1. Month 1

Core vocabulary (greetings, numbers, days), pronunciation of the alphabet, the 100 most common words

  2. Month 2

Present tense of regular and irregular verbs, simple sentences about yourself

  3. Month 3

Everyday vocabulary (shops, restaurants, travel), asking questions

  4. Month 4

Past tense (Perfekt), longer conversations, listening to simple texts

  5. Month 5

Vocabulary expanded to A2 level, reading simple texts

  6. Month 6

Practice and prep for the exam or real conversation, full A2 recap

02

What makes it different

Not another task list. A planner that actually gets you there.

1

Top-down breakdown that holds up

Goal → months → weeks → days. Every level is derived from the one above it, so the daily task you tick off today provably moves the deadline closer.

2

Several goals, one honest day

Your day is a fixed budget shared by every goal you're chasing. AlmostThere schedules across all of them at once, so two goals never quietly demand the same evening.

3

Rest is part of the plan

Say you want one task-free day a week, or ten minutes of reflection daily — and the AI plans around it. Rest shows up as a checklist item, because a plan that ignores recovery is a plan you'll drop.

4

The pace adapts to you

We track how much you actually complete. Falling behind for a couple of weeks? You'll get the choice: slow the plan down and move the date, or catch up and carry on unchanged. Nothing is ever rescheduled behind your back.

5

Milestones you look forward to

Attach your own reward to each milestone — or let the AI suggest a few, sized to what you just pulled off. Something small for a weekly milestone; for the finish line, something you'll remember.

03

One plan. No tiers, no upsells.

Everyone uses this for the same thing, so there's nothing to upgrade to.

What ten plans a month means

A new plan counts when you create a goal. Everything after that — the breakdown into weeks and days, the daily tasks, replanning when your pace changes — does not count and is unlimited for a running goal. Ten new plans is room to try different wordings and deadlines; someone who sets a goal and works on it will not use half of it in a month. The app shows you how much is left.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask most often.

What is AlmostThere?
AlmostThere is an app you tell your goal and deadline, and it uses AI to break that goal into monthly milestones, weekly targets and a concrete daily checklist. Instead of a big intention you don't know how to start, you get a list of tasks for today.
How is it different from an ordinary to-do list?
A to-do list is something you have to fill in yourself. AlmostThere works backwards from the deadline: it knows how much time is left and how much you have each day, and divides the work accordingly. When you start falling behind, it offers to catch up or to recalculate the deadline — a to-do list just silently grows.
How is it different from asking ChatGPT for a plan?
A one-off plan from a chat goes stale the first day you don't follow it. AlmostThere keeps the plan alive: you tick off daily tasks, it watches your pace and recalculates when you slip. It also holds several goals together so they don't claim the same hours, and it caps monthly AI spending so you know what you are paying for.
How much does AlmostThere cost?
179 CZK per month, or 1790 CZK per year, which is two months free. There is a single plan — no tiers and no add-ons.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The demo runs on the website with no account and no card — you enter a goal and a deadline and see the breakdown in under a minute. Once you subscribe, you can carry the demo plan over into the app.
How many goals can I run at once?
Up to five concurrent goals, planned together so they don't land on the same days. On top of that, ten new plans a month; breaking a goal down into weeks and days, the daily tasks and replanning a running goal don't count against it.
What happens if I miss several days?
Nothing is cancelled. After three missed days the app offers two ways forward: catch up on what you missed, or recalculate the deadline so it stays achievable. You choose — the app never moves your deadline on its own.
What languages does AlmostThere work in?
Czech, English and German. The plan is written in the language you pick for the goal, so the goal and its tasks stay in one language.
Who can see my goals?
The titles and descriptions of your goals and tasks are stored encrypted in the database. The text of your goal is sent to a language model that builds the plan from it — it goes nowhere else and is not used for advertising or training.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, with one button inside the app. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.
Does AlmostThere work on a phone?
Yes. The site is built for phones, and from the browser you can add it to your home screen, where it opens like an app, full screen.

Your goal already has a deadline.
It just doesn't have a plan yet. That part takes about a minute.
